Job Summary : The Reading Interventionist provides targeted instruction to students who are struggling with reading. This role includes assessing students' reading levels, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, and administrators to enhance students' reading skills within the framework of Catholic education values.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Education, Reading, or a related field.
- Certification : Valid teaching certification in Reading or Literacy. Additional certification in Reading Intervention is a plus.
- Experience : Teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in reading instruction and intervention.
- Skills : Strong understanding of reading assessment tools and intervention strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Faith : Practicing Catholic preferred, with a commitment to the values and teachings of the Catholic Church.
