Saint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant available to start immediately.
The Administrative Assistant organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The administrative assistant is also responsible for establishing positive relationships with families and faculty, developing protocols, streamlining procedures, and maintaining orders and inventory.
At a minimum, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and while not necessary, experience as an administrative assistant in an educational setting is strongly
preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.
This is a full-time, 12-month position.
