What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Program Leader at Saint Bridget Catholic School position at Catholic Diocese of Richmond?
Saint Bridget School is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who would be available to work afternoons from 2 : 00-6 : 00 pm in their After School Program as an After School Program Leader effective immediately.
The Program Leader will be expected to lead a group of students supported by an assistant. Duties for this position include but are not limited to helping to support the Director by helping to
implement lesson plans for the theme-based curriculum, supervising and monitoring students in his / her group, positively communicating with parents of students in his / her group, acting as a positive role model to each student, and encouraging the engagement of students in fun and easy learning activities.
Required Qualifications : Successful candidates for this position must have experience working in an educational setting. A degree in education or a related field is preferred but not required. Candidates must complete background screening requirements, be a least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma. He or she must also be flexible, reliable, and work well with fellow staff.
