Salary: $18.50
Shifts: Full-time, per diem; all shifts available (days, evenings, overnights, weekends)

General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is looking for a dedicated Direct Support professional- DSP. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you are responsible for the direct care and personal development of each person assigned who lives in a Catholic Guardian Services (CGS) residence. Interactions and supports are to be carried out in a manner that creates a homelike atmosphere and fosters learning, dignity and respect.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of related personal care experience
- Good Oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
- Good Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with all parties
- Agility to analyze problems and determine corrective measure
Preferred (Not Required):
- Driver's License (differential pay available)
- RNA Certification (differential pay available)
- AMAP Certification (differential pay available)
- Shift Supervisor experience (differential pay available)
