Job Title: Lead Case Manager
Program: Unaccompanied Minors
Salary: $73,000-$75,000 yr
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for an Passionate and Empathetic Lead Case Manager for our Unaccompanied Minors Program. As a Lead Case Manager you are responsible for maintaining direct contact with each child/youth assigned. Maintain direct contact with the child's/youth's family to the extent possible. Conduct case management tasks.
Required Skills:
- LMSW/MSW or other relevant social services or behavioral field or
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
- Employment experience in relevant field
- Bilingual in Spanish & English Required
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of child welfare/child protective services
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
