Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Supervisor
Program: Foster Parent Recruitment
Salary: $75,000-$77,000 (depends on experience and educational achievements)
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for an Passionate and Empathetic Recruitment Specialist Supervisor for our Foster Parent Recruitment Program. As a Recruitment Specialist Supervisor will supervise the recertification workers and home finders. Provide leadership and supervision to the recertification caseworkers and homefinders to expedite timely annual foster home recertifications and home openings.
Required Skills:
- MSW or Masters in related field required
- Minimum three (3) years’ supervisory experience or
- Five (5) years’ experience in Child Welfare
Desired Skills:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
- NYS Drivers License preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
