The VPMO will achieve this through the implementation of key strategic and operational initiatives that move the organization through work that involves maximizing clinical operations and developing risk capability, in a manner that is collaborative and consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Health Initiatives.

Improve Value through Optimizing Clinical Operations across the Continuum Develop & Enhance Physician Leadership and Alignment Establish Effective Medical Affairs Function to Support Physician Performance Management Enhance Quality, Safety, & Patient Experience Develop a Data-Driven Approach for Managing Cost & Quality Inform Strategy around Designing Systems of Care for Clinical Value Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Required Education
Sys / Div / Mkt / Local Director – Required Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline; Master’s Degree strongly preferred Required Licensure and Certifications
Required Licensure and Certifications
Active, unrestricted medical license Board certification in an ABMS recognized specialty\#LI-CHI
Pay Range
