• Balance your schedule to get through preventative performance, service calls, and equipment installations.
• Collaborate with teams across departments and utilize technology to solve and document troubleshooting issues.
• Present Customers with repair options and establish strong relationships with Sales teams.
• Cater to Customers' needs, flexible hours, occasional travel, and readiness for new challenges.

The Essentials You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant mechanical/technical work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with background and physical assessment criteria.
• Proven Customer engagement and effective communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Windows, emails, and multi-system data input.
