This includes the furnishing of heat, light, power, and maintenance services. In addition, it includes planning, designing and constructing improvements to the physical plant and its equipment. Directs the overall operation of the Facilities Engineering Departments of Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lockport Memorial Hospital and all off-sites. Drives performance and is accountable for directing and coordinating the complete and efficient operations in compliance with the JCAHO and regulatory guidelines for safety, health, and the environment.
