Job Details
Essential Functions :
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on HR issues, policies, practices and performance management strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective and positive relations with managers and employees.
- Work collaboratively with Catholic Health system functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Compensation and Organizational Learning and Innovation to ensure HR services are delivered in an effective manner.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to mangers and a resource to employees to meet the goals and mission of the health system.
