Job Details
Essential Functions:
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on HR issues, policies, practices and performance management strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective and positive relations with managers and employees.
- Work collaboratively with Catholic Health system functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Compensation and Organizational Learning and Innovation to ensure HR services are delivered in an effective manner.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to mangers and a resource to employees to meet the goals and mission of the health system.
Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, HR or related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills - Ability to relate with a variety of personalities and generate a sense of trust.
- Negotiation Skills - Ability to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
- Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions that serve the best interests of the organization
- Track record of progressively responsible experience overseeing major HR functions in a complex healthcare setting.
- Significant labor relations experience including contract negotiations, dispute resolution and administering collective bargaining agreements.
Salary Range
USD $200,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.
