Clinical Registered Nurse (Per Diem) - Cardiac Cath Lab

What You'll Do :
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status through interviews, examinations, and clinical data review.
- Analyze patient data to identify care problems and nursing diagnoses.
- Communicate patient status and needs effectively to the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and team.
- Administer medical diagnostic and therapeutic orders as directed.
- Document assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record, including ordering and charging functions.
- Initiate and participate in discharge planning starting from the time of admission.
What You'll Bring :
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience or qualifications for Entry RN; one year of med-surg, ED, or telemetry nursing required for ED Observation Unit.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in NH.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification (or obtained within one year for ED Observation Unit).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school preferred; BSN strongly preferred.
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and manage patient care requirements.
