As a Restaurant Employee, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience, ensuring that our customers leave satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist in the preparation of food items as required, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and restrooms throughout shifts.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring proper transaction procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
