We are seeking an experienced T3 Network Operations Engineer to join our NetOps team. This role involves investigating complex network and service issues, integrating and implementing monitoring solutions, leading escalations, providing technical aspect for RCAs and creating workflows to streamline investigation processes for lower NOC tiers and support tiers. The T3 NetOps Engineer will ensure Cato network service performance, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and resolve complex network issues beyond Tier 1 and 2 capabilities.
- Implement network monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect issues.
- Lead and manage escalations of critical network service incidents.
- Design workflows and playbooks to enable Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with network architects, security teams, and support engineers to optimize network performance.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to lower-tier NOC staff.
- Identify trends to drive continuous improvement in network stability, monitoring and automations.
- Participate in CHNG management processes of Cato services and take part in service components deployments and release pipelines.
