Leadership Responsibilities Requirements:

  1. Supervising, mentoring, and coaching a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives
  2. Promoting a customer-focused culture to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
  3. Engaging in employee development and retention efforts to retain high-caliber talent
  4. Evaluating individual and team performance, recommending merit increases and promotions, and providing constructive feedback to maximize the department's success
  5. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, including but not limited to email, phone, and customer satisfaction surveys 
  6. Creating and updating training documents
  7. Resolving complex or sensitive customer complaints and difficult phone calls
  8. Performing root-cause analysis to mitigate future escalations


    Customer Responsibilities Requirements:

    1. Answering general customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
    2. Reviewing print orders for correct file setup
    3. Providing price quotes and technical assistance to current & prospective customers
    4. Customer account management
    5. Strong and persistent attention to detail to ensure the quality of orders and communication


    Qualifications:

    1. 2 years of Leadership experience
    2. 2 years of Customer Service experience
    3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal— including grammar and spelling
    4. Tech-savvy— You will need to be able to competently navigate web-based tools as well as standard PC and Mac software
    5. Dependable and dedicated with a professional attitude
    6. Experience in digital art or Graphic Design are a plus
