Mothership is excited to search for skilled crew members that can function as a Customer Service Specialist with a focus in Insurance / Benefits products for our client with a position located in Rochester, NY.
As a Customer Service Specialist , you will play a critical role in supporting our clients clients' and their employees by delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Under significant guidance, you’ll work to maintain strong client relationships and provide education on their internal products.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from active and terminated participants / employees of our client's Insurance Agency clients.
- Manage inquiries from client / employer plan administrators.
- Provide education about products, company policies and procedures, and IRS guidelines and regulations.
- Escalate tasks or documentation to other teams within the Insurance Agency teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the company's products.
- Use systems and software such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS to perform daily tasks.
- Document all interactions, perform data entry, and maintain strong organizational and prioritization skills.
