About the Role:
As the Youth Program Administrator and Leader, you will be responsible for developing, planning, providing, and directing diverse activities for the youth program. This includes collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to identify student needs, integrate afterschool programming with the regular school day curriculum, and support the overall educational objectives of the district.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective program strategies to meet the needs of students
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver engaging activities
* Oversee daily programmatic operations to ensure a safe and well-managed environment
* Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements and contribute to data-driven decision-making
* Lead, manage, and develop afterschool program staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and understanding of the school's mission and vision
Requirements:
* Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with an Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience in program administration or management experience
* Ability to obtain clearance for employment from the State Education Department prior to employment based upon a fingerprint and criminal history background check
