What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breaker/Floater position at Caughlin Club Kidz?
Do you love working with children in various age groups (6 weeks to kindergarten)? Are you passionate about your job and making a difference in children's lives? We at Caughlin Club Kidz are looking for a floater/breaker for our facility.
As a floater/breaker you would be entering classrooms in each age group to relieve teachers for ten minute breaks and lunches. You would be going in and taking over whatever task that teacher is currently doing. This can include diapering, circle time, feeding, and already planned implementing curriculum activities. The hours for this position would be from 10am to 6pm and sometimes you could be asked to come in earlier as needed when possible.
Caughlin Club Kidz is a QRIS 4-Star rated facility. Knowledge of QRIS would be a plus but not required. We offer discounted childcare, and a free gym membership at Caughlin Athletic Club. Candidate must have background check with Washoe County and negative TB Test to start.
