• Content Creation : Produce high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) to showcase listings and attract top agents.
• Systematic Execution : Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery across platforms.
• Community Engagement : Foster meaningful interactions with followers, answer inquiries promptly, and build a vibrant online community.
• Performance Analytics : Track metrics, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Advocacy Program : Lead the development of an agent advocacy initiative, ensuring consistent content creation and brand alignment.
• Lead Capture : Build and execute campaigns to generate leads and quantify ROI from social efforts.
