The Title: Sr Scrum Master

The Sr Scrum Master will lead and manage technology data projects and product teams ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive overall programs. The Sr Scrum Master plays a pivotal leadership role, ensuring success and fostering growth across the project and product team. They are responsible to understand and align APMO process and ensure the team adheres to CAVA agile principles and practices while delivering high-quality software products within the specified timelines.  

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end execution of data projects/products, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Implement proactive measures to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
• Develop plans in collaboration with leaders on goals, budgets, schedules, and methods for measuring results.
• Align with team(s) to set, track, and record metrics, managing programs to adhere to milestones
• Drive communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Participate in budget process standards in collaboration with the Program Manager, Finance and ITLT to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Partner with vendors, managing relationships and contracts to support project objectives.
• Drive best practices, templates, tools, and partnerships to expand and grow the organization.
• Earn the trust of team members and managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values.
• Actively contribute to the APMO department to complete tasks and meet company goals.

The Qualifications:

• 4 years’ experience in technology and PMO space, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven success managing concurrent technical projects/product cycles with demonstrated abilities as a leader utilizing project management skills, principles, theories, and concepts.
• History of developing strong relationships across IT and business organizations.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and market trends while adapting to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Solid understanding of information technology, specifically with data teams and environments, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accountable for the overall delivery of highly complex, cross-functional projects / products impacting the enterprise, accountable for scope, schedule, and communication management.
• Ability to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies, with a knack for understanding all issues and translating them into process improvement solutions.
• Ability to provide clear rationale for designs and strategies in a compelling, context-appropriate manner to diverse audiences.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft tools and Jira/Atlassian.
• Occasional travel required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
• For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
• Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
