Cardiology and Vascular Associates (CAVA) is considered as one of the premier cardiology practices in Michigan. Established in 2000, our 11 board certified cardiologists and 8 mid-level providers; provide services at 5 office locations and multiple area hospitals. Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and supervise medical staff, including the management of time cards
- Manage any patients concerns or complaints as needed
- Implement and enforce medical management policies and procedures
- Handle fiscal management tasks, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate office staff
- Other duties as assigned by COO and or physicians
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
