Job Overview

Duties

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in customer service roles
