Duties
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone systems, direct calls, and take messages
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle vendor management and relationships

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office management procedures
- Strong knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
