Responsibilities
Fabrication Production Team Members will be performing a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility including:
- Standing for extended periods of time to stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms
- Our fabrication work environment is cold and damp.
- Process and break down pieces for packing
- Remove meat from bone for further processing
- Cut, trim and skin to specifications
- Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.
- Must wear protective safety equipment.
Qualification
- Beef processing experience preferred
- Knife experience
- Stable work history
