Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of a Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) contract or task order. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing complex contracts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of products and services, adherence to schedules, cost control, and fostering strong business relationships.
- Contract Administration: Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing all administrative activities related to the contract.
- Team Leadership: Supervising managers and personnel to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks and duties.
- Technical Oversight: Reviewing and maintaining the quality of technical work performed on the program.
- Performance Monitoring: Assuring and monitoring the timeliness and quality of all work products.
- Task Planning: Developing detailed task and work plans to meet program objectives.
- Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on task order performance and financial status to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Overseeing budgets, schedules, and task execution to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Subcontractor Management: Managing subcontractors to ensure their contributions align with program requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Security Clearance Required: TS with SCI Eligibility Required
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience managing a DoD/IC contract or task order, including demonstrated expertise in the areas listed above (a through i).
Alternative Qualification Path:
If you do not meet the education requirement, you may qualify with:
- At least 12 years of professional technical experience related to managing a DoD/IC contract or task order. Of these 12 years, at least 8 must include management experience as outlined above.

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000.00. To drive fair pay practices for employees, CaVU conducts regular comparisons across our employee groups and the industry. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, CaVU considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
