Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist I to support CaVU customers with mission‑critical requirements. This role requires expertise aligned with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform entry‑level physical or information security duties under supervision.
· Process visit requests and handle classified material in accordance with policy.
· Maintain security documentation and assist with inspections.
· Support event and meeting security requirements.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 2 years experience in PHYSEC or INFOSEC.
· Eligible for the required security clearance.
Alternative Qualification Path:
Six years of professional security experience, including two years in PHYSEC or INFOSEC, may substitute for the degree requirement.

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00. To drive fair pay practices for employees, CaVU conducts regular comparisons across our employee groups and the industry. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, CaVU considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
