Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist II to support CaVU customers with mission‑critical requirements. This role requires expertise aligned with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support PHYSEC and INFOSEC operations and daily security administration.

·       Operate and troubleshoot alarm and access‑control systems; investigate incidents.

·       Maintain visitor control logs and access rosters.

·       Assist with security inspections and compliance reporting.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree.

·       3 years PHYSEC and INFOSEC experience within DoD/IC.

·       Experience with electronic security systems.

·       Active TS/SCI or Secret clearance as required.

Alternative Qualification Path:

Seven years of professional security experience, including three years in PHYSEC/INFOSEC and demonstrated alarm & access‑control expertise, may substitute for the degree requirement.

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package:

Salary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. To drive fair pay practices for employees, CaVU conducts regular comparisons across our employee groups and the industry. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, CaVU considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
