Your Role: What You’ll Do
- Inspire and guide children using errorless teaching techniques that make learning fun and effective.
- Collaborate with teachers in Varying Exceptionality classrooms, helping kids succeed and grow.
- Engage in community-based instruction, using behavior replacement strategies that create real, positive change.
- Train and mentor staff, parents, and community partners, ensuring ABA techniques are being used effectively (and making a BIG impact).
- Help develop and implement assessments like ABLLS, ABLLS-R, and VB MAPP—making sure every child has a personalized plan.
- Collect & Analyze Data to help create even better outcomes for our kiddos. You’re not just making a difference—you’re tracking the progress and celebrating the wins!

What We’re Looking For
- Commitment – We’d love for you to stay with us for at least a year, making an impact and growing with the team.
- Background Check – Must pass a Level 2 FBI background check (because we take safety seriously! And it's required by insurance).
- Transportation – Reliable transportation is needed since the role involves travel.
- RBT Certification – If you have it, awesome! If not, don’t worry. We’re happy to train the right person and certification and exam will be comped- on us!
- Availability – We’re looking for at least 20 hours per week (required), with the potential to work more as you gain skills and grow in the role.
