Currently, we are looking to add a Customer Specialist (8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM SHIFT) to the team :
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website, and mail
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client history : interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and plans of action
- Set up new customer prepay accounts
- Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors
- Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients
- Remain aware of product back orders and special orders
- Act as a liaison between various departments
- Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures
