Job Description:
A growing plastics manufacturer seeks experienced Process Technicians or Engineers specializing in Injection Stretch Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and Blow Molding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain molding machines
- Troubleshoot process issues and optimize production efficiency
- Perform mold changes and machine adjustments
- Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes
- Adhere to safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a Process Technician in injection molding
- Proficiency in molding machine setup and operation
- Strong knowledge of mold changes and material handling
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Adaptability to new technologies
Preferred:
- Experience with Sumitomo, Aoki, Akei, and Cincinnati Milacron machines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
