- Champion a data-driven culture, fostering collaboration across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and operational teams.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize data initiatives that drive competitive advantage and growth.
- Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization.
- Oversee compliance with data privacy laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NAIC, GDPR).
- Lead efforts to mitigate data risks, including data breaches and misuse.
