Program management for large size sourcing & supplier development programs, involving multiple geographical regions.
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Define & monitor KPI for sourcing team, drive growth with organisational objectives.
Working exposure to various engineering commodities (Castings, Forgings, Sheet metal, Machined items, Plastic, Rubber, Assemblies, etc.)
Sourcing feasibility study and identify potential suppliers across India for various parts & contract manufacturing of box build products.
Should Cost Analysis' and RFQ Management, Price negotiation.
Component development as per PPAP, CAPA and Problem solving,
Support in VAVE and Teardown projects.
Drive cost reduction programs
Knowledge of supplier base / Contract manufacturers in India & ASEAN region for the various engineering commodities,
Experience of working in Best Cost Country regions India / Mexico / ASEAN suppliers
