Job Description :
- Program management for large size sourcing & supplier development programs, involving multiple geographical regions.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Define & monitor KPI for sourcing team, drive growth with organisational objectives.
- Working exposure to various engineering commodities (Castings, Forgings, Sheet metal, Machined items, Plastic, Rubber, Assemblies, etc.).
- Sourcing feasibility study and identify potential suppliers across XX for various parts & contract manufacturing of box build products.
- Should Cost Analysis' and RFQ Management, Price negotiation.
- Component development as per PPAP, CAPA and Problem solving,
- Support in VAVE and Teardown projects.
- Drive cost reduction programs.
- Knowledge of supplier base / Contract manufacturers in XX & ASEAN region for the various engineering commodities.
- Experience of working in Best Cost Country regions XX / Mexico / ASEAN suppliers.
