Requirements:
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) - Data Center Virtualization certification.
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting VMware vSphere environments.
Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and integration with VMware.
Experience with virtualized storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS) and networking concepts.
Solid knowledge of system security best practices and implementation in virtualized environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Critical competencies:
Shift work is needed. Rotation every 8 weeks (manager discretionary)
Experience with Dell PowerMax, NEXSAN storage.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
