Cayuga Centers is hiring immediately for COMMUNITY-BASED CLINICIAN (FFT Therapist)
Location: Schoharie County, NY
Pay: $62,000 - $82,800/annually
Cayuga Centers is seeking clinicians/therapists/counselors passionate about strengths-based, youth-and family-centered work. As a member of our innovative Home and Community-Based Treatment and Supports team, you will meet with families in their homes and communities, providing the opportunity to see and experience the transformational benefits and improved outcomes of the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program. Cayuga Centers provides continual learning and professional growth including training and opportunity for certification in trauma-informed, evidenced based/informed treatment models such as Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused-CBT (at no cost to you).

About the Program and Position:
Our Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program serves youth ages 10-18 and their families. This evidence-based, family-focused therapy operates on the belief that all families have strengths and are doing the best they can at any point. With FFT, the entire family unit works together to prevent out-of-home placement, intervene on behalf of family rebuilding, and unify the family unit. Families work together through three FFT phases of engagement motivation, behavior change, and generalization with our licensed clinicians over 12-16 weeks.

Schedule:
We are looking for an applicant who is willing to work with the youth/families at a time that suits the youth and family needs on a flexible schedule. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position that will require evening hours.
Salary : $62,000 - $82,800
