About the Program and Position:
HealthySteps is an evidence-based, interdisciplinary pediatric primary care program that promotes nurturing parenting and healthy development for babies and toddlers. HealthySteps provides support to families where they are most likely to access it - the pediatrician’s office. Data shows that nearly all families take their babies to see the pediatrician, this gives HealthySteps the opportunity to reach the highest number of babies and toddlers. The HealthySteps approach means the entire practice works as a team to strengthen the relationship between families and the practice and support strong parent/child attachment.
