Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Coordinator - Voice Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing phone systems, analyzing and documenting current/forecasted VOIP and voice services support, and designing, developing, and documenting processes focused on hardware and VOIP/voice systems support.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues related to VOIP services.
  • Manage day-to-day services for approximately 1300 VoIP phone voice mailboxes by setting up individual and group mailboxes and maintaining their security, monitoring capacity and licenses, and performing routine maintenance.
  • Manage trunk capacity local, long distance, and lease network trunk lines by recommending and implementing changes, working with base planners and operators, and scheduling maintenance windows to purge faults and correct issues.
  • Research and/or analyze problems, issues, or program requirements, and develop reports, presentations, or other work products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

">
  • Possess a bachelor's degree.
  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing phone systems to include Analog, VoIP, VoSIP, and call managers.
  • Experience in DoD DSN systems.
  • Hold an 8570.01 IAT Level 2 certification Security .
  • Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
