What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk position at United It Solutions Inc?
Three to seven years of experience in a mid-sized to large Microsoft/Cisco environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology preferred or equivalent experience required
Experience with network monitoring - Solarwinds NCM is highly desired
Establishing and troubleshooting VPNs - remote access and site-to-site
F5 Load Balancer Experience - Administration, Certificates and Ciphers, Irules
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within network administration required
Job Type: Full-time
