Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with system backups, recovery, and file maintenance operations.
- Set up accounts for new users and manage access permissions.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to users on new systems and technologies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
