What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Operations Infrastructure Manager position at Cayuse Shared Services?
At Cayuse Shared Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, execution, administration, operation, and maintenance of our virtual servers, virtual desktops, optical networks, traditional switch and CAT 5/6 systems. As a key member of our team, you will provide oversight of network capabilities, ensuring seamless services to our users.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or five or more years of project management experience, with a minimum of seven years of experience in IT data center operations and three years in a supervisory capacity. Additionally, they should hold a current IAT level 3 certification or higher and possess one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CCNP, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
As a senior IT infrastructure specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop processes focused on continued support to our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our Program Manager to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives.
