Job Description: VOIP & Voice Services Lead
Cayuse Shared Services is seeking a qualified VOIP and Voice Services Lead to maintain all VOIP and desk support voice services across ANGRC. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the testing, analysis, and documentation of current/forecasted VOIP and voice services support to ANGRC.
- Develop procedures, consulting with end users to identify functional specifications while providing continued VOIP and voice services support to the ANGRC.
- Manage day-to-day services for approximately 1300 VoIP phone voice mail boxes, setting up individual and group mailboxes and maintaining their security (10-15 daily), monitoring capacity and licenses (weekly).
- Manage trunk capacity local, long distance, and lease network trunk lines by recommending and implementing changes (weekly), working with base planners and operators (daily).
- Perform routine maintenance by monitoring voice system for abnormalities and potential problems (weekly), restoring phone capabilities for ANGRC personnel (40-50 per week), escalating unresolved end user and system failures to service providers (weekly), scheduling maintenance windows to purge faults and correct issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing phone systems to include Analog, VoIP, VoSIP, and call managers.
- Experience in DoD DSN systems.
- IAT Level 2 certification Security .
- Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
