Robbins' private financial events often feature speakers like Paul Tudor Jones, Ray Dalio, Jeff Gundlach, Hank Paulson, Alan Greenspan, and others.

We are quite different than the vast majority of other investment management companies in multiple ways. First, we always invest our personal capital alongside our Clients. We have more than $400mm of our personal capital committed to our investment vehicles. We provide access to our Clients to co-invest with us in these vehicles, which we believe provide the best opportunities for our families' and our Shareholders' money. Second, because of the scale of our investments, we have access to opportunities that would otherwise not be available to investors with less than $250mm - $500mm of investable assets. Quite simply, there are many investments we can provide for our Clients they could never access on their own. Third, and what we believe is the most unique feature of our firm, almost all of our compensation is earned only if an investor makes money. In many cases, if our Clients do not make money, we don't get paid. This ultimate alignment of interests is why we focus on finding the absolute best risk/reward opportunities available.

Investor Relations Associate

This position will provide you with the ability to learn aspects of our business to help achieve the firm’s highest priority outcomes. Additionally, this position will allow you to grow into another position within the organization after you have demonstrated your value. The Investor Relations Associates are responsible for supporting the Investor Relations Team in all capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Capital Formation and provide them with tools and materials that will accelerate their success

• Support, attend, or participate in CAZ events and other initiatives as required

• Prepare subscription agreements for investors

• Manage e-mail and telephone conversations in a 􀆟timely manner

• Manage ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platforms

• Conduct quality control around investor onboarding, documentation, systems and processes

Success as an Investor Relations Associate will be measured by your:

• Ability to deliver quality work on time, with excellent attention to detail

• Focus on finding ways to help our Team succeed and provide significant value to our Partners

• Capacity to work within and across teams to bring success to all members of the firm

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1-2 years prior experience in a related field

• Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines

• Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with exacting attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Selfless team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary will be commensurate with experience

• Bonus opportunity will be tied to effectiveness measured by a periodic goal-setting process, with the amount of opportunity depending on value added to the organization and firm profitability

• After 30 days of employment, you will be eligible to participate in our Matching 401k plan
