Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, client-focused shopping experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through personalized service.
- Expertly present and sell luxury timepieces of the highest caliber, catering to discerning clientele who value craftsmanship, exclusivity, and timeless design.
- Educate clients on watch craftsmanship, brand heritage, and technical specifications, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a warm, polished, and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming and luxurious in-store atmosphere.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and showroom upkeep, to uphold brand presentation and excellence.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to serve as a trusted expert for clients.
- Proven experience selling luxury watches and high-value items with confidence and professionalism.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with discerning clientele.
- Ability to provide concierge-level service through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Polished professional presentation and demeanor to represent a prestigious luxury brand.
- Strong ability to create and maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality and service.
- Genuine passion for fine timepieces, craftsmanship, and the luxury retail industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury watch sales within a high-end retail environment is required.
- Strong foundational knowledge and passion for luxury timepieces, including an understanding of prominent brands, their craftsmanship, and product offerings.
- Experience with Rolex is a strong plus, particularly within a luxury retail setting.
- Experience selling both watches and fine jewelry is a plus.
- Location: Deer Park, IL (Northwest Chicago)
- Schedule: Core store hours are Monday - Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week. Extended hours may apply during the December holiday season.
- Compensation: Compensation package includes a strong base salary.
