What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Cazador Consulting Group Inc?
We are looking for a Controller to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. You will ensure the upkeep of updates , accurate financial records for future reference. You will work closely with upper management to identify areas to reduce costs an liabilities . You will ensure the company complies with financial regulations, review financial statements to determine the life of the company stays healthy. Prior experience in Ag a plus.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
