Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, budgets, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Soft marketing experience is a plus.
- Oversee store layout, merchandising, and inventory to maximize sales.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Prepare and submit regular fiscal reports to the Executive Director.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that aligns with the companies mission.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Director of Operations or similar position.
- Strong background in operations management with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience in business development with a track record of successful negotiations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management or equivalent leadership experience in the retail field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
