Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in various aspects of litigation. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a solid understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
Duties
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case development.
- Manage documents using document management systems, ensuring all files are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases.
- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as required.
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other professionals involved in the litigation process.
- Maintain compliance with tribal law regulations where applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
- Familiarity with personal injury law and estate planning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of tribal law regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using PCLaw or similar case management software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
