CB Accounting is hiring an Office Manager to join our fun and high energy team. We are looking for an experienced manager to work under our current office manager to help lead and manage multiple operations of the accounting practice area and to deliver quality accounting and managing services. You will serve as a business adviser to our clients working on maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes, while supervising staff. This position is designed to assist the current office manager by taking over client onboarding and assisting current and future team members in the Bismarck location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Working alongside the current office manager in a supportive role
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, in conjunction with HR.
- Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, some weekends during tax season (January-April).
Qualifications/Skills:

Education Requirements:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
