Overview
Key-Lix, a rapidly expanding livestock supplement manufacturing company that has built an additional plant in Dickinson, ND, is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations across various departments and maintaining excellent communication with our sales team and dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team and dealer network regarding orders and inquiries..
- Manage inventory control, product organization, and labeling.
- Oversee product sample testing to ensure quality standards.
- Handle invoicing and report generation for financial and operational purposes.
- Assist in batch assembly and implementation of production schedules.
- Support day-to-day office tasks and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
