Summary

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team at CB Asphalt. In this role, you will oversee asphalt projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations on construction sites.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with Asphalt plants and truck drivers.
• Keep track of materials and crew hours.
• Fill out daily job reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week

Experience:

• Foreman: 1 year (Required)
• Asphalt: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• New Boston, MI 48164 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New Boston, MI 48164: Relocate before starting work (Required)
