We are seeking a Screed Operator to join our team at CB Asphalt Paving. Responsibilities
- Operate the screed/screw on the asphalt paver.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of asphalt surfaces.
- Participate in site preparation activities before paving.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.
- Well paving continue to check asphalt slope for drainage.
- Check asphalt depths well paving.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating asphalt paver screed.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following safety protocols.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and procedures is preferred.

Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
